About Us
In 2002, we opened The Strategy Zone, an outdoor laser combat field.
Our laser combat players asked if they could rent BDUs. We got started by stocking a small number of BDUs for rentals. We put up a sign that read "BUDs - Rent $2.00, Buy $10." Before we knew it, our customers had bought our entire stock of rental gear. That was the beginning of our store. Since then, we have expanded our inventory to include all types of military surplus.
One of our goals is to offer used military surplus items in good, usable condition, for less than other surplus retailers are selling them for. For Example: We sell a medium Alice Pack with frame, straps and pad for $40.00 and elsewhere they are being sold for between $70-$100.00. They are the same US Military Issue items. We just choose to price ours more reasonably. We are using the above as an example because an inquiry was received that said, "Your store shows a US Alice Pack, and says it includes the frame etc., either the price is wrong, the picture is wrong, or the description is wrong. Please respond with the correct description and price."
We cannot guarantee that we have the lowest prices on all items, but we have tried to price everything as low as possible.
